Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute the agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Botsi platform. By registering on the platform you accept these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the platform.

1. Description of the Service

Botsi is a software platform that lets users place automated crypto futures orders on their Binance Futures accounts under predefined strategies. The bot uses trading (buy/sell order) permission only; it neither requests nor uses withdrawal or transfer permission.

2. Membership Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have a valid Binance account.
• You declare that you understand crypto futures trading carries a high risk.
• You may use the platform only for your own Binance account; use on behalf of others is prohibited.

3. Fee Model

3.1 Trial Period

When you first register, a 30-day free trial begins. The bot runs actively during the trial; no commission is charged on profit earned during this period.

3.2 Commission

At the end of each 30-day period:

• If your bot trades produced a net profit: 10% of the profit is charged as commission.
• If there is no net profit (loss or break-even): no commission is charged and a new 30-day period starts automatically.

"Net profit" means the sum of all trades executed by the bot (both profitable and losing).

3.3 Payment Method and Term

• Commission is accepted in USDT cryptocurrency only.
• A payment notice is sent to you at the end of the period.
• You have 7 calendar days to pay.
• If no payment is reported within the term, your account is temporarily suspended.
• Your account is reactivated once the payment is confirmed.

3.4 Fee Disclosure

Commission is a service fee applied to profitable trades and is not calculated on principal or losses. If a period contains both profitable and losing trades, the net result is used.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal granted to consumers under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (TKHK) and the Distance Contracts Regulation does not apply to digital content and services under this condition: if performance of the service begins as soon as the contract is concluded at the user's request or with the user's consent, the right of withdrawal lapses.

Because performance of the service (the trial period) begins immediately when you press "Create account" on Botsi, the right of withdrawal does not apply once registration is complete. You acknowledge that you were informed of this during registration.

You may cancel your account at any time (settings > close account). Since nothing is prepaid for the active period, no refund issue arises; however, any commission owed must be paid when the period ends.

6. Prohibited Use

The following conduct is prohibited:

• Using the platform for market manipulation
• Sharing API keys with others
• Testing system security or reverse engineering
• Abusing the trial period with multiple accounts

7. Limitation of Liability

• Botsi accepts no liability for any investment losses.
• The bot transmits orders via the Binance API; Botsi is not liable for trading disruptions caused by Binance's technical problems or API restrictions.
• The platform does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Botsi's total liability on any ground shall not exceed the sum of your commission payments over the last 3 months.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform, software, algorithms and content belong to Botsi. The user is granted only a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right of use.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy .

10. Changes

Material changes to the Terms will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Turkish Law. The courts of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers may exercise their rights under the TKHK through the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court.
